Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

1. Canvas Course Enrollment (Digital Access Only):
All purchases of our Canvas-based SAT Preparation course are non-refundable once access credentials have been issued. This policy is in place due to the immediate availability of proprietary materials upon registration.

2. Live or In-Person Sessions:
If you enroll in a package that includes scheduled live sessions, a full refund may be requested up to 7 days before the first session.

  • Requests made within 7 days of the first session but before the course has begun may receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued once the course or first live session has started.

3. Technical Issues or Duplicate Purchases:
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the course and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time frame, or if a duplicate payment is made in error, we will provide a full refund upon verification.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted by email to inspireprepteam@gmail.com with the subject line Refund Request – [Your Name]. Please include your full name, date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

  • Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • INSPIRE reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the scope of this policy.

We encourage students and families to carefully review course offerings before enrolling. Our goal is to provide transparency, fairness, and an outstanding learning experience for every student.
